Return Policy

 Our policy last for only 14 days from when your order was either placed or delivered . If 14 days have passed , unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return , you item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it . It must also be in the original packaging. 

CHANGE OF MIND :
If your order has NOT yet been shipped out and you have changed your mind, your order (or Particular items) can be cancelled and refunded excluding a 10% restocking fee. 
If you are returning your order for change of mind or you purchased the incorrect size , a refund can be provided excluding a 10% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
Exchanges are usually not possible as most of our stock is made to order and we do not carry spares. 

FAULTY ITEMS:
For faulty items , please send an email , with photos or videos within 14 days of receiving the product , with details of the fault. 
Of course, Bro Ya Fishing is bound by relevant legislation under the Trade Practices Act (1974). These guidelines are for the protection of your customer rights. Our terms do not override the provisions given by the Trade Practices Act (1974)
